Data Entry/Mailroom Clerk (Onsite Sunset Park)

Job Details:

• Location: Brooklyn, NY (Sunset Park)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM + OT or 11AM-8PM + OT
• Duration open ended contract (You will be contracted through my agency, TEKsystems and paid weekly. Benefits also provided)

Core Experience:

• 6+ months of clerical/office/admin/customer service experience
• Strong communication and data entry skills
• Computer knowledge: outlook, excel and word (Will be tested on data & typing skills)
• HS Diploma or GED degree
• Must have less than one hour commute

Job Overview:

• Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services.
• Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
