This position is remote, requires 50% or more travel, and the candidate must live in the Central Region of the United States and this role is not budgeted for relocation and/or immigration.
How You'll help us to connect the world:
The MDU Solutions Architect provides customer and/or partner focused technical sales support and influencing, technical management of the account, and is the trusted advisor. The MDU Solutions Architect works as a team, along with a Territory Account Manager(s) and/or a Partner Account Manager, to sell RUCKUS networking solutions through a network of channel partners. The position of MDU Solutions Architect will perform consultative solutions-based discussions to all levels of decision makers and will also provide technical demos, architectural and best practice designs, proof of concept trials, training, and presentations for customers, partners, prospects and at events.
The successful candidate will be a proficient self-starter, with strong technical skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as a customer or partner facing Solutions Architect. The preferred candidate will also possess working knowledge of the RUCKUS wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,400.00-$230,000.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
