Nursing Assistant.The
Nursing Assistant performs daily care activities to help achieve the goals of the patient care plan as directed by the Registered Professional Nurse.
Pay Range: $16.05 - $24.04 /hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts - 7pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend.Crouse also offers competitive Shift Differentials on Evenings, Nights and Weekends!
Nursing Assistant Position Responsibilities:- Assists the patient with daily care activities including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, personal hygiene and taking of vital signs.
- Supports and actively contributes to the achievement of the patient's goals associated with the plan of care.
- Individualizes communication based on the needs of the patients and families.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have one year of patient care experience, or is currently attending an accredited Registered Nursing program and has successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing coursework.
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
