What You'll Be Doing- Overseeing daily quarry operations and ensuring safety compliance.
- Managing budgets, production targets, and operational costs.
- Leading and developing a team of quarry workers and supervisors.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
What Are We Looking For- Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) from four-year college or university related to mining or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of direct management experience of a multi-shift operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
- Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.

Work Environment- Outdoor and industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
