Position Overview: They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they align with both client expectations and their high standards of quality. This position will require strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and an unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage a portfolio of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet both the client's vision and company standards.
- Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones. Ensure efficient coordination across departments and teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to deliver seamless project execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve potential risks and issues to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 9+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role, ideally within general contracting or construction management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of the project.
- Client-Facing Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
