Summary:This is a great night shift opportunity for Mechanically inclined individuals. You will work either as a Machine operator or Formulator with potential cross training for both roles. In this position, you will set up and operate a form/extrusion machine to manufacture bars and pellet forms as well as formulate and mix dry products to be processed into finishing goods. - Hours: Monday 12:30 am to 6 am, and then return Monday night, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6 pm to 6 am
- Overtime Schedule: the hours would be: Monday - Thursday, 6 pm to 6 am.
- Pay rate is $20.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, run machine from start to finish, shut down, thoroughly clean out and prepare for change over as needed on at least one of the machines used in manufacturing
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers
- Manufacture products according to approved formulas
- Maintain accurate batch records and all paperwork required for this position
Qualifications:
- Strong work history with favorable references
- Machine operation skills would be a plus
- Able to bend, stoop, stand, and lift for extended periods
- Related experience: production, warehouse, forklift
