This job plays a critical role for continuing the betterment of our warehouse operations and helps create cohesion and understanding throughout various departments within the organization. This position will be responsible for understanding and supporting their facilities day-to-day warehouse operations, processes, systems, customers, and services. The Operational Support Supervisor will work with their Regional OSS team, as well as facility and regional management teams to support projects, training and company initiatives as well as suggest and initiate new projects to help foster a continuous improvement culture.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies, and software within the region
- Monitor and assist OSS network in management of facilities help tickets and enhancements.
- Help monitor, support (troubleshoot), and maintain facility assets, including (but not limited to) RF Equipment, Desktops, Laptops, and printers.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement Manager to monitor and improve system utilization within the facility.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, and meet predefined objectives.
- Help develop, monitor, and communicate warehouse metrics to ensure efficiency within the operation.
- Aid in change management initiatives, such as Phenix
- Work with the other members within the operational support network to build a community of support and standardization amongst processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational waste while maintaining or improving product/service quality.
- Work with the various IT teams to create, test or troubleshoot enhancements and customer initiatives (EDI)
- Help identify useful reporting metrics and or tracking solutions for the facility.
- Identify RPA or process automation opportunities within the facility.
- Assist in regional projects, including large scale roll outs, warehouse expansions and warehouse openings

Organization, effective written and oral communication, ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent mathematical skills. Excellent computer skills.•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
