Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading **Healthcare Industry** in the **Columbia SC area** for a **Representative, Enrollment I** role to assist their team. This is an Onsite role.**Industry: Healthcare Industry****Title: Managed Care Coordinator UM II****Location: ONSITE - Columbia SC****Duration: 3** **+ months****Pay: $25-31$ per hour.****Job Description:**+ Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and have critical thinking skills.+ Experience in case management or care coordination and telephonic care experience is preferred.+ **Please provide a few sentences describing what a typical day would like in this role:** A typical day would be managing a case load of members telephonically, coordinating care including discharge planning.+ Assisting with triage when needed.+ Candidates with limited clinical experience.+ Please list any 'soft skills' (communication, leadership, adaptable etc.) that you would like candidates to have and the importance of these skills for this role (ex - do they need strong communication skills because they will be a part of team presentations?)+ The candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be an active listener and manage their time well.+ Our team consist of a variety of healthcare professionals.+ We work closely together to manage the healthcare needs of our members**Notes:**+ NON SCA CONTRACT TO HIRE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-4:30PM OR 8:30AM-5PM+ PANEL INTERVIEWS ON MS TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE ONSITE FOR THE 1ST WEEK AND THEN WILL BE DEPLOYED TO WORK FROM HOME.+ CLIENT WILL PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT.+ MUST BE A LOCAL CANIDATE OR NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS FROM THE CLIENT SITEManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
