- Experienced Information Developer/Technical Writer with more than 4 years of experience
- t least 2 years of writing/editing, technical illustration experience or automotive/truck support experience
- Hands-on experience with developing customer service documentation

- Writing documents, validation of content, and editing work for publication
- Independently gather information from technical and non-technical Subject Matter Experts to organize, develop, and write technical service content
- Routinely interpret various source information which may include procedural mark-ups, engineering drawings, parts lists, draft assembly, and maintenance instructions

- Develop draft illustration to support procedural/descriptive text using model file or existing artwork

- Work to improve the content and appearance of customer documentation continuously
