Job Summary:The position involves managing ticket assignments, maintaining time system audits, and addressing queries in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong customer support skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.Key Responsibilities: Manage ticket assignments for incoming requests in the ServiceNow (Answers) ticketing system Complete historical edits for attendance and leave Maintain time system audits Manage incoming queries from the call center phoneRequired Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required (eTime/Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor) Strong Customer Support Excellence skills Ability to deliver support within agreed timelines and to a high standard Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask Team-oriented with the ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow (Answers) ticketing systemEducation: Bachelors Degree
