Summary: We are currently hiring a Network Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our data communications network at our Hanover Factory. The ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment, ensuring seamless network operations. The Network Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust and dependable network infrastructure for our organization. If you are passionate about network administration and are dedicated to upholding network reliability, security, and efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance. Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
    Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in house servers. Install and integrate new server hardware and applications. Keep an eye out for needed updates. Support and administer third-party applications. Ensure network security and connectivity. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses. Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords. Resolve problems reported by end user. Define network policies and procedures. Specify system requirements and design solutions. Research and make recommendations on server system administration. This is a full-time on-site role. Requirements and Skills:
      BSc degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or minimum 7-years' experience in networking or information technology field services technician role along with a HSD or GED. Proven experience in a network administrator role. Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching. Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure. Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. Ability to set up and configure server hardware. Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies. Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking. Ability to support Microsoft products and troubleshooting .
