Join our team as a 4-H Event Support Specialist and play a vital role in helping our 4-H educators deliver exceptional youth programs. This position is responsible for supporting the creation and management of event registration sites and providing excellent customer service for 4-H and Extension youth events.Key Responsibilities:* Gather event data to build registration sites and manage event logistics.* Create and maintain 4-H and Extension youth event registration sites.* Provide support for participant inquiries and manage cancellations.* Process refunds for canceled registrations and events; manage financial reports to ensure accurate distribution of registration funds.* Design and send email campaigns to promote events.* Build targeted audience lists for event promotion.* Create pre- and post-event email communications for registrants.* Develop website promotions for external youth events.* Collaborate with program event leaders to fulfill reporting needs.Qualifications:* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience with event management and/or email marketing platforms* Experience with basic financial management tasks, such as processing refunds.* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently manage tasks.* Familiarity with 4-H or Extension programs is a plus.This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:* PA State Police Criminal Background Check* PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form* FBI Criminal Background CheckThis part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting youth-focused events that promote education, leadership, and community engagement.
