Shift- Friday-Sunday; 6pm-6am AND Thursday; 12am-6amsalary: $18 - $18.5 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 6 PM - 6 AMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities+ Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate injection molding machines, ensuring molds are properly installed and machine settings are adjusted for optimal production.+ Quality Inspection: Monitor and inspect molded parts for defects such as flashing, short shots, or warping, using calipers, gauges, or other measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards.+ Material Loading and Handling: Load raw plastic materials, such as pellets or granules, into the machine hopper and ensure consistent material flow during production.+ Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.+ Documentation and Reporting: Record production data, including quantities produced, rejected parts, and machine performance, and communicate any issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.The essential functions of this role include:+ working in a smoke free environment+ wearing steel toe shoes+ manual lifting up to 50lbs+ standing for 12 hours at one time+ working weekendsSkills+ Press Operation+ Trimming+ Setting+ Math and Calculation+ Monitoring+ Moving Material+ Entering Data+ Standing+ Time ManagementQualifications+ Years of experience: 1 year+ Experience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
