*Registered Dietitian Full-time Day Shift Mon-Fri*We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a *Registered Dietitian *in our Skilled Long-term Care facility.*Registered Dietitian Position Overview:*As the *Registered Dietitian*, you will oversee the nutritional well-being of our residents. Conduct nutrition assessments, identifying residents' nutritional needs and creating effective diet plans.*Registered Dietitian* *Key Duties:** Assess and monitors the Resident's nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans.* Evaluate the special needs of Residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight loss.* Partner with the interdisciplinary team to review and adjust resident's care plans.* Work closely with Speech Pathologists to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia.* Perform other job-related duties as they become required.*Registered Dietitian Qualifications:** *Registered Dietitian *in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.* Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Nutrition or Dietetics as well as the completion of the accredited Dietetic Internship program.* Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.We are an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Bariatrics* Dialysis* Dietetics* GeriatricsSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* No weekendsLicense/Certification:* Registered Dietitian (Required)Work Location: In person
