Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent while fostering an inclusive workplace. The candidate must be comfortable leading from the front and also doing some physician recruitment as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future staffing needs for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations to refine recruitment strategies.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organizations to develop talent pipelines.
  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads, hiring managers, and senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, workforce trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on optimizing candidate experiences and streamlining hiring processes.
