The Manager of Client Services will be build trust and provide career growth to a seasoned RIA Client Service team and build a white glove service model for financial advisors and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, mentor and manage Client Service employees
- Create and implement scalable and efficient workflows with compliant industry standard policies and procedures
- Onboard acquired accounts and relationships
- Manage custodian relationship and account opening/maintenance transactions/NIGOs
- First point of contact for Client interaction and problem resolution
- Manage data and integrity of CRM database
Qualifications:
- Four year college degree (Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Economics)
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in the RIA space of financial services
- 3+ years of managerial /mentoring experience
