Title: Director of Operations for Residential SUD Rehabilitation Center

Location: On-site, Calabasas, CA

Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000

The facility is expanding and seeking an experienced leader to enhance operational efficiency and maintain the highest standards of care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation center. The Director will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance, all while fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff. This leadership role requires strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to oversee a wide range of functions, from facilities management to clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, preferably within the SUD or behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the residential SUD rehabilitation center, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.

- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including licensing and accreditation standards.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting.

- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure alignment between administrative and patient care objectives.

- Handle operational challenges and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.

- Lead accreditation and licensing processes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and the development of long-term goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a residential SUD or behavioral health setting.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for residential treatment centers.

- Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams and improving operational processes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
