The Operations Training Specialist ensures the successful implementation of new sales initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on facilitating training programs and equipping sales team members with the tools, techniques, and strategies needed to achieve and sustain conversion rate goals. How you'll make us better:
- Design, implement, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to new hires and existing team members
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed for maximum impact
- Create role-playing scenarios, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to improving sales performance and closing techniques
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills
- Serve as the support resource for team members adapting to new tools, technologies, or workflows
- Use best-in-class training processes to gain tangible results and improvements in areas such as profitability, productivity, patient experience, and quality
Your special skills:
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
- Ability to evaluate sales performance data and translate insights into training opportunities
Prerequisites for success:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of sales experience required; health-related industry preferred
- External candidates: Two (2) years of training programs experience required; sales training preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
