Location: Hammond, Denham Springs, and LivingstonJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team across our three locations: Hammond, Denham Springs, and Livingston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and training team members, and fostering a positive and motivating environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse sales team across three locations to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture that encourages team members to excel.
- Coaching and Training:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set clear performance expectations and metrics for the sales team, regularly monitoring progress and outcomes.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure the sales team is equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop talent and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
