The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and passionate about finding the best talent to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within Careline Health Group, with a focus on healthcare positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and develop recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with the organization's culture and job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (UKG) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management to implement initiatives aimed at reducing time to fill and voluntary turnover.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Physicians, and other clinical roles.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (experience with UKG is a plus) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
