Supply Chain Director
: Job Details :

The Supply Chain Director will reside in Janesville, WI. S/he will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with ANGI Energy's goals.

* Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

* Monitor and improve KPIs for delivery performance, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and supplier reliability.

* Oversee the Master Schedule to balance department demands, capacity, and inventory.

Oversee material planning resources

* Implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.

* Ensure ERP system integrity by resolving variances and addressing root causes.

* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.

* Identify risks in the supply chain and implement contingency plans.

* Support lean manufacturing and process improvements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company objectives

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.

8+ years of supply chain management experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.

Proven ability to develop teams and implement strategic solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
