About the RoleAs a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist, you can design your own schedule, whether you prefer part-time (as few as 4 clients/week) or full-time hours. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by:
- Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs.
- Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing.
- Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments when needed.
- Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist, your impact will include:

Ideal CandidateWe're looking for self-motivated, compassionate professionals who are dedicated to creating positive change. Key qualifications include:
- Current licensure in Ohio (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree or higher in clinical counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred).
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with telehealth counseling or group therapy.
