(Typically three years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess an associate's degree).* Requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a senior operation and maintenance technician.* Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate work activities.* Thorough knowledge of pipeline facility operation/maintenance procedures, codes and engineering standards.* Basic computer skills, demonstrated leadership, organization, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills are required.* Ability to facilitate resolution of technical and interpersonal issues.
