No on-call required.Job Type: Temporary Assignment - 13 Weeks.Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Ensure provider orders are maintained and followed.Assist with intubations, central line insertions, arterial line (ART) insertions, chest tube insertions, and medication titrations.Perform foley catheter insertion, trach care, vent management, proning, sedation, and Impella/balloon pump monitoring.Collaborate with intensivists, APPs, and respiratory therapists to provide high-quality care.Float to ICU overflow areas, COVID units, or med-surg units as needed.Qualifications:Experience: 2+ years of ICU experience required.Licenses/Certifications:Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state.BLS and ACLS (AHA required).TNCC certification preferred.Equipment Used:EPIC ChartingOmnicellAlaris IV pumpsVentilatorsCentral MonitoringWork Setting:14-bed Medical/Surgical ICU.
