Start Date: 11/5/22024End Date: 12/31/2024# of Days: 16Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays.Work Details:- # of Support staff: 7- Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics- EMR: DentrixCases/Procedures:- Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.- Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.- Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.Additional notes:Willing to accept new grads.Requirements:- Board Certification: Not required for Dentists- State license required: Yes- DEA: Not required but preferred- Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)- Certifications required: BLS- Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: 1 week minimum
