**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** General Medicine**Job Duration:** PRN - as needed basis**Shift:** Day**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** No minimum years of experience specified**License:** Must hold an active and unrestricted full license in Arkansas**Certifications:** Board Certified**Must-Have:**- Proficient in METs testing- Evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions- Own a personal laptop (no Mac/Apple products)- Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified**Job Description:**- Perform Compensation Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.- Options for working in your office or traveling to perform exams at assigned facilities.- Conduct exams primarily through interviews with some physical assessments, such as range of motion and muscle strength testing.- No prescribing or treatment involved.- Quick credentialing and onboarding process.- Gain CME credits through DMA certification, though certification cost is not reimbursed.- Use of a Goniometer is required.- Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions is essential.- Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires must be submitted within 48 hours after exam completion.- Evaluations to be completed in the provided secure portal.- Record review is required in most cases.- Follow-up administrative work includes addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics.- Training will be provided for all required reporting tasks.- Initial PEP session/training with a Report Analyst is needed before starting.- Opportunity for future travel to assist with cases in other areas, with expenses reimbursed per guidelines.- Applicants must provide complete information during the application process, including license and certification numbers.- Please ensure to list a current home address when applying. **Note:** The assignment may be terminated with a 48-hour notice in writing, with or without cause.
