Responsibilities Co-ordinate through the development managers all delivery activities and acts as the escalation point for all development issues specific to projects Ensure complete understanding of the development estimate and project scope - lead development team to deliver project within the framework of the given estimate and assumptions Establish portfolio, program, and project management policies and guidelines Co-ordinate with the development teams and vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals Identify and manage critical path items and dependencies Produce key project documentation during the project lifecycle process Work with sponsors and clients to define and impact assess requirements Gain the appropriate approvals to proceed with the project Produce the required artefacts for the size and complexity of your project to our expected quality standards Identify required resources for your project and schedule these using our resourcing tool Qualifications MINIMUM: Associate's degree. Two (2)+ years experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech electronics industry; RF experience preferred. Two (2)+ years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export law. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US Person under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. PREFERRED: Five (5)+ years experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech industry; RF experience preferred. Five (5)+ years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel. Experience with managing contracts from US Government agencies, such as DLA, and major DoD prime contractors. Four-year college degree, in business, marketing or engineering. Able to interface with internal stakeholders, and all functional departments. Active DoD Clearance. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Should have strong demonstrated skills in relationship management. Must be innovative, proactive and flexible. Willing to take on new challenges and tasks which potentially have no existing process. Always looking for opportunities to work in new ways and improve and evolve process. Salary Range: $66,507 - $106,852 annually (Forsyth, MO) Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
