Job Description: Practice: Summers Ridge opened in Janesville, MN in 1986. Since then, Summers Ridge has grown into a multi-species medical practice. In 2012 Summers Ridge moved into a new facility which allowed for an expansion from 900 sq. ft. to 2300 sq. ft. This increase in space also allowed for an expansion of services and products by adding a secondary exam room and more kennel space. Shortly after, Summers Ridge added state of the art monitering equipment for surgeries, new digital x-rays, blood work machines, and laser therapy. These advanced veterinary technologies have allowed our staff to engineer a greater focus on small animal medicine and surgery.Position Purpose: Summers Ridge Veterinary Clinic in Janesville, Minnesota, is a cozy 5-doctor practice, home to a friendly staff of multiple certified veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants for an ideal doctor-to-tech ratio. We are small animal-focused and looking for a veterinarian to add to our expanding team. We are new graduate friendly, with phenomenal mentorship and modern, state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest quality medicine. We offer various surgical services, from orthopedic to cesarian section, dentistry (with specialized dental training), preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment. Full and part-time positions available. We treat our staff with kindness and respect and provide the best care and education for our clients. Our clients deeply appreciate the effort we put into their pets' care. In a smaller town, we get to know our clients very well, which is an extremely rewarding relationship not often seen in larger towns.
