Overview: Join Our Impactful Team at Health Connect America! - -Before you get started on your journey, take some time to learn more about us. - Health Connect America and its brands are leaders in providing mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across the nation. - We provide our services directly to those in need whether that be within a person's home, their community, or in one of our office settings. - HCA is honored to be a part of the communities we serve and the clients we walk alongside as they embark on a journey to self-improvement and more fulfilling lives. - -At Health Connect America, we are dedicated to making meaningful connections every day through creating quality, affordable opportunities for individuals and families to achieve their greatest potential in a safe, positive living environment. -Our Brands Responsibilities: The Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Co-facilitator will assist the IOP Facilitator and/or the IOP Coordinator in performing intake screening and assessments as assigned, co-facilitating the IOP groups, and perform individual and family sessions as well as weekly family education programs as assigned.Assist in performing intake screening and assessments unless otherwise assigned to a central intake staff as assigned. -Assist with performing psychoeducational programming to include didactic, audio visual, and other formats of teaching that are appropriate for this level of care. -Assist with the clinical group process portion of the program using industry recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions. -Perform individual and family sessions as needed. -Perform the weekly family education and weekly programs as assigned. -Assist with present appropriate cases at the weekly treatment team and participate in clinical supervision as scheduled and/or necessary. -Assist with documenting and monitoring current census, scheduling and performance of assessments of potential admissions. -Maintain current CPR certification and yearly TB testing and TB Screening Certification through DMH as required by the state. -Assist the IOP Coordinator or IOP Facilitator with business development functions as assigned. -Perform administrative support job duties as assigned.
