The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for patients.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Current State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification in the state of employment.- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.- Proficiency in basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.- Basic knowledge of infection control practices.- Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.- Help patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds or wheelchairs.- Report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.- Assist with feeding patients who require help and ensure they receive adequate nutrition.- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.- Follow all safety and infection control procedures to protect patients and staff.Job Types: Per deimPay Rate: Hourly Rate: $17 or more/Hr
