A growing ABA company in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Administrator to manage onboarding processes for clients and employees. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining compliance, and serving as a key point of contact during onboarding.Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee client and employee onboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients and employees, providing guidance and answering inquiries.
- Verify benefits eligibility and assist with insurance-related documentation.
- Support payroll processes, including tracking and updating relevant information.
- Maintain employee and client records, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks related to HR and compliance.
- Participate in training programs and support the implementation of HR policies.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or HR-related experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ABA or healthcare environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
