Position Overview: As the Director of Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our psychiatric unit. This position offers a generous market-competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of senior adults in our community. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit to ensure high-quality patient care. Provide supervision and leadership to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Lead program development with clearly defined short-term and long-term goals. Ensure compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote and foster a positive reputation for the program. Requirements: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. Experience working with senior adults in an outpatient setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
