Job Details- Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis.
- Establishing nursing care objectives. Defining nursing interventions.
- Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families/support person to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- The RN in Digestive Health is specially trained to assist with endoscopy procedures involving the gastrointestinal and respiratory system.
- The RN will provide leadership in the department by functioning in a charge capacity.
Job Requirements- 1+ years of experience
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Schedule Information- Shift: Day – 5x8 (Monday-Friday)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Only required if it's your weekend to be on call.
- Call Requirements: 2-3x per week and 1-2 weekends per 6-week schedule
Unit Specific Information- Number of Beds: 9
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Equipment: Olympus 190 Scopes
- EMR: EPIC
