Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional client service. You will work closely with clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts.
- Conduct client meetings to review policies, coverage options, and risk management needs.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding policy updates, claims, and billing.
- Assist with new business opportunities and cross-selling additional coverage.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
