Patient Advocate / Dental Call Center Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with patients in a courteous and professional manner to address inquiries and concerns.
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls and leads to schedule appointments that suit both patient and practice needs.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Collaborate with dental staff and administrative teams to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software for scheduling and communication purposes.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace the professional paid training
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3 years of prior Telephone Sales experience, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong empathy and patience when dealing with patient inquiries.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for effective scheduling.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
