Coda Search is partnering with a prominent asset management firm with over $100BN in assets under management and a strong focus on alternative investments. The Internal Wholesaler will play a key role in supporting two external wholesalers, managing the territory, and developing sales strategies. This role involves engaging with financial advisors and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the firm's diverse product offerings. This position is ideal for candidates from a bank or financial institution background seeking to broaden their exposure to alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support external wholesalers by managing territory operations and formulating targeted sales strategies.
- Develop relationships with financial advisors and RIAs, providing insights into the firm's range of products.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on client objectives and territory goals.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and calls to discuss offerings in-depth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the firm's product lineup to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within asset management or banking.
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred.
- Strong passion for the financial markets, with a particular interest in alternatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for building client relationships.
