Role: L3 Production Support Consultant - FICC (Banking Background)

Job Description:
- Seeking a skilled and experienced engineers with strong L3 support capabilities to join our front office L3 support team.
- This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, bug-fixing and optimizing existing systems while ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Must have:
- Banking / Investment Banking experience is a must.
- Good at coding, debugging & communication Skills.
- Level - L2, L3 Application Support experience + Development experience preferably in 4-10 years range.
- Tech Skills – Any object-oriented programming experience (Java, C++, Python, etc).
- Unix/ Linux
- SQL/database understanding.

L2 positions Criteria:
- L2 criteria is strong communication, strong individual who can stay on his/her toes through the day, analyze, debug and resolve issues, escalate to L3, raise incident, manage impact, communicate with users/stakeholders, escalate to management on both support and development side, raise problem tickets and work with Development teams to drive down issues and work on transformations.
- Code debugging is very small part of what we do, but people need to know technical concepts well and be able to explain clearly.
