What You'll Be Doing:
- Project Delivery: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Sage X3 ERP systems for clients, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Functional Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Sage X3 to identify business requirements, propose solutions, and address system gaps.
- Client Relationships: Work closely with clients during testing and product acceptance phases, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Sage X3 versions and industry trends to provide the best solutions and advice to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge with your peers, suggest improvements, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, accounting, or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience with Sage X3 ERP or similar solutions (e.g., Epicor, Infor, Syspro, MS Dynamics).
- Expertise in ERP implementations, particularly in Financials, inventory balancing, and cost accounting for manufacturers.
- A consulting background with a track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to document business and technical designs effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
