Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Managers (PM) and Associate Project Managers (APM) to join our team at Riggs Companies, a leading commercial concrete construction company in Arizona. The PM will assist in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and company quality standards. PM's and APM's will assist the project team and Superintendents with various tasks throughout the life of the project. This position is a full-time office job. This position is also a “whatever it takes” position that may require 50+ hours a week. We are seeking a committed and hungry professional that are willing to work hard in an environment with unlimited growth potential.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a construction related field, REQUIRED.
• Basic knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods, materials, and practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, On-Screen Takeoff) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to travel to project sites and meetings as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ACI and concrete-specific certifications are not required but preferred.
