What You'll Do:
- Take charge of costs, schedules, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Collaborate with Estimators to support bids and procurement, ensuring seamless project start-up.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings to set clear expectations and define responsibilities.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols, creating a zero-incident work environment.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, tracking progress, and controlling costs.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Lead project meetings and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain critical project documentation, such as RFIs, inspection records, and reports.
- Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and success.
- Manage financial close-out processes, including billing and retention management.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of construction experience OR 8+ years of hands-on construction experience.
- Proven expertise in structural concrete for commercial construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management tools like Primavera and Timberline.
- A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills focused on maximizing ROI.
- Ability to balance office and field environments while maintaining strict safety compliance.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in surrounding cities as needed.
