Summary
You'll act as an on-call Porter, greeting guests, cleaning common areas, and handling the upkeep of the building.
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with residents as needed
- Sweep and mop floors, lobbies, entryways, hallways, and stairwells
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment for tenants
- Remove and dispose of trash using a trash compactor
- Deliver packages to apartments when needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of previous cleaning experience in a large building
- 5+ days of open availability per week (Mon-Sun)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long durations
