Job Description :

This position is located in our Vista, CA headquarters office and requires a minimum of two days a week on site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays + additional day per month). Only candidates in a commuting distance will be considered. The pay for this role is an annual base pay up to $75,000 and $5,000 annual bonus.

Summary

The CRM Specialist will be responsible for growing and scaling the DTC and wholesale email and SMS marketing channels for all brands at 33 Threads. This includes full ownership of the campaign calendar including copywriting, asset coordination, scheduling, testing, competitive analysis, and reporting for all brands. This individual will play a critical role in driving strategies that support monthly DTC and Wholesale revenue targets and improve customer retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly email marketing and SMS campaign calendars for both DTC and Wholesale sales channels, including copywriting
  • Coordinate asset management and design edits + approvals for each campaign based on templates and channel best practices
  • Coordinate with wholesale and DTC departments to gather required details for monthly campaigns
  • Link and schedule each campaign in current ESP + SMS platform
  • Develop storytelling and messaging across all brands and business channels for emails and SMS to ensure brand differentiation and further educate customers on our brands and their products.
  • Ownership of developing automated flows to optimize sales based on customer segmentation
  • Manage and maintain each brands email list to ensure audiences are engaged and segmentation is optimized
  • Develop reporting and evaluate KPIs for weekly review with management and marketing teams to share insights and make recommendations for optimizations and efficiencies
  • Conduct A/B testing for both email and SMS campaigns to further gain insights into our customers behaviors and update templates + messaging based findings
  • Display strong analytical skills to review sources of data and make recommendations for adjustments and optimizations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on new strategies and brand trends
  • Keep up with best in class business efficiencies and integrations for more seamless transfer and collection of data

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience in the athletic or wellness retail space preferred
  • Proficient in Klaviyo ESP
  • Proficient in Hubspot Platform
  • Experience in navigating Shopify and Google Analytics platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing emails and SMS campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Proficient in industry-leading project management applications such as Asana, Basecamp, and HIVE
  • Ability to effectively apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organization and planning skills

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and measuring retention strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of customer database systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
