We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join a growing company and help optimize global supply chain operations. This position will focus on demand and supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, and tactical procurement. The ideal candidate will be analytical, well-organized, and proactive in implementing best practices to support a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain planning standards, including scheduling, safety stock policies, inventory management, and efficient turnover.
- Lead and establish a robust SIOP process to align sales, inventory, and operational planning with strategic goals.
- Analyze supply chain data regularly to forecast trends, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions.
- Create and track KPIs to measure supply chain performance and support vendor/supplier management.
- Manage excess and obsolete inventory on a quarterly basis and lead year-end physical inventory audits.
- Support new business opportunities, product introductions, and system updates with logistics and network solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on inventory control and production planning.
- Working knowledge of Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and the SIOP process.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel (intermediate: pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas). Tableau knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
