Engineering Manager
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:- Coordinate with program and department managers, design and project teams, and construction managers.- Develop clean energy projects in the geographic region.- Recruit and support the growth of a mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering team.- Mentor the regional clean energy engineering team.- Conduct preliminary systems assessment and high-level project strategy development.- Perform field investigation and condition assessment of existing systems, primarily mechanical, electrical, and energy systems.- Assist in the development of project and proposal preparation.- Develop a basis of design scopes of work, schematics, and P&ID drawings.- Create implementation plans and schedules.- Prepare and write reports and presentations.- Meet with clients to support engineering projects throughout design and construction.Skills/Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy engineering.- Preferred PE license.- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or other industry-related certifications are a plus, but not required.- Expertise in multiple technical areas of Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Engineering.- Capable and responsible for QA/QC on assigned tasks and projects.- Ability to lead the development of construction documents and support bidding and construction activities during implementation.- Experience in developing MEP and energy projects.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as presentation skills.- Ability to collaborate with internal staff and clients.- Experience with Microsoft Office software.- Experience with AutoCAD/Revit software is a plus.- Experience with building modeling software is a plus.
