Personal / Executive Assistant to the CEO

A global marketing & technology company is seeking an experienced Personal / Executive Assistant to support their CEO working on a collaborative team of assistants. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a busy entrepreneur or HNWI and is comfortable with house management. Prior house management experience is required.

Salary commensurate with experience: $100-130k base range + discretionary bonus + equity + comprehensive benefits package

Location: Midtown NYC office. Typically Tuesday – Thursday in the office, but need to be flexible to go in 5 days onsite when needed, as well as his NYC home when needed and have a 24/7 mentality

Seeking:

  • 5-10 years of EA/PA experience – a mix of Personal and Executive support experience supporting an entrepreneur, HNWI, or C-Suite/high-level in a very fast-paced environment
  • Some house management experience required
  • Tech savvy – they utilize Outlook for scheduling as well as texting for coordinating
  • Very collaborative in nature to work with the other EAs on the team
  • 24/7 no task too small mentality – the CEO is busy

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing Outlook calendars alongside other assistants for the CEO to organize daily schedules
  • Travel arrangements – coordinating cars and transportation when needed
  • Running errands as needed including: dry cleaning, managing deliveries, gifting, etc.
  • Managing and coordinating household services across 6 properties nationwide– liaising with household staff, coordinating renovations, scheduling repairs, managing deliveries, working with building management
  • Manage 1 NYC based housekeeper and their weekly schedule
  • Traveling to the CEO's NYC property as needed (it is very close to the office) – no other travel required
  • Event planning
