Position Overview: Gamoran Legal Consulting is seeking a talented Labor and Employment Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join a national practice. This position is based in a Philadelphia office.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Proficiency in employment counseling and litigation is required. Experience with restrictive covenants and traditional labor law is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent writing skills and a strong academic record are essential.
• Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work across offices.
• Licensure: Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar is required.
