In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives to scale the organization while aligning human resources with business goals. As the sole HR leader, you will design and execute strategies across all aspects of HR, fostering a high-performance culture, optimizing workforce planning, and enabling sustainable growth.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, with a demonstrated track record as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, or combination of HR and Leadership.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leadership teams on HR-related matters.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience implementing HR systems and leveraging data for decision-making.
