About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst/Scientist for a 6-month contract, ideally starting in
early December. This hybrid position, based in Minneapolis, MN, is ideal for data
professionals looking to make a meaningful impact through research-driven insights. Key
responsibilities include creating data visualizations, supporting data quality control, and
providing scientific insights. If you excel in statistical analysis, data visualization, and

non-technical stakeholders are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for various workgroups.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation using R, providing actionable insights.
• Organize and manage datasets in Excel, with preliminary analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to address data needs and support high data
quality.
• Contribute to internal documentation and project tracking.
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in statistics and data science principles.
• Expertise in statistical programming, preferably in R (or similar language).
• Skilled in Tableau for dashboard creation (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with Excel for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with longitudinal study design or neuroscience is a plus.
