Your role in helping us shape the future:
The Hospital Data Insights (HDI) Product & Data Analyst role will involve testing, data analysis, and product management of the HDI portfolio. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, managing their own time, and working on several product initiatives simultaneously.
This person will play a pivotal role in contributing to functional and product specifications, developing test plans, and leading the QA and testing of the HDI product. The Product Analyst will work closely with our Healthcare Product leadership, analysis team and HDI sales and account management teams to advance the HDI strategy, assess market and customer needs and identify growth opportunities. This person will also work closely with the product and development teams to help implement HDI product initiatives. HDI is a data-intensive product and this position will also be involved in data analysis, data QA, and, as such, will require an understanding of the ratings and rankings methodologies, data inputs and files used to power the product insights.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing test plans and knowledge of healthcare data and analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare data and quality improvement, is detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients and users.
