Job Description :
- Implement and manage global Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA processes, including transitions between systems like Sparrow and Cocoon.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager inquiries related to FMLA, ADA, Worker's Compensation, and other leave types.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies, overseeing workflows, and coordinating with Benefits and Payroll.
- Administer Health & Wellness programs, resolve vendor-related issues, and conduct audits for compliance and eligibility.
- Possess 6+ years of experience in LOA, Benefits, and ADA management, with expertise in leave vendor systems and HR/payroll platforms (e.g., UKG)
